Resist Printing

The printing technology in India has undergone various stages. From traditional use of hand printing to present day modern machines, the process is getting raced-up. Resist printing technology is used for controlling the excess effect of dye and color. It is applied before the tie and dye process. In the style of resist printing, the materials like clay, resin or wax are applied over the printing area for resisting the effect of dye. After that, the fabric is immersed in dye.
